Delivery

For all UK orders over £200, we offer free delivery to anywhere in the UK. For all UK orders under £200 we charge £5 for delivery to anywhere in the UK.

For all overseas orders over £300, we offer free delivery to anywhere in the world. For all overseas orders under £300 we charge £10 for delivery to anywhere in the world.

Changes made to order prior to delivery

We recognise that sometimes mistakes happen and customers can change their mind. If this happens please contact us immediately and we will try our utmost to amend the order before dispatch. Unfortunately if the consignment has left the warehouse the order can not be stopped.

Returns

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and we want to make sure that our fabric bouquets, flower girls wands and hair accessories are perfect and exactly how you want them. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us with any problems you have and we will do our best to resolve them. If we can not sort out the problem, we will offer a full refund on your bouquet, as long as it is in perfect condition.

All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in the same unused, perfect condition as they arrived to you. We cannot accept items back that have obviously been used and we will not refund or replace any item which has become damaged as a result of neglect or misuse.

To return items, please Contact Us. The customer will have 30 days from receiving the item to return the item at their own cost to receive a full product cost refund.

The customer is responsible for the returns postage cost and we recommend you use a recorded service and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for items that go missing en-route.

Damaged Goods / Incorrect Goods

If you open your parcel and find your goods have been damaged by the delivery company, or find that we have sent you incorrect goods, please Contact Us immediately.

Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, consumers are given a 14 day cooling off period. During this time, customers can cancel the contract. This has to be done in writing. If you wish to cancel the contract to purchase the goods, please Contact Us. You must then send back the goods, unopened, and at your own cost.
